To achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service learners must gain a total of 55 credits. This must consist of:

– Minimum total credit: 55

– Mandatory group A minimum credit: 31

– Optional groups B and C minimum credit: 24. This must consist of:

– Optional group B minimum credit: 15

– Optional group C a maximum credit of: 9

– A minimum of 40 credits must be achieved through the completion of units at Level 3 and

– Minimum GLH: 289

– Maximum GLH: 375
