Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service

This course has been designed to allow learners to obtain and demonstrate the skills and knowledge to work at an operational level in the Customer Service sector, with some autonomy and some supervision.

To achieve the qualification the learner must gain a total of 45 credits. This must consist of:

– Minimum total credit: 45

– Mandatory group A minimum credit: 19

– Optional groups B, C and D minimum credit: 26. This must consist of:

– Optional group B minimum credit: 3

– Optional group B minimum credit: 16

– Optional group D maximum credit: 7

There is a minimum requirement of 245 guided learner hours over a 12 month period.
